why are there 2 versions of Riot van by the arctic monkeys?

one starts off like "up rolled the riot van but the police men look annoyed perhaps these are the ones they should avoid" and the other starts off "got thrown into the riot van the coppers kicked him in and there was no way he could win just had to take it on the chin" why are there 2 versions are they the same song cuz i can only manage to find teh second version to download or are they the same son

Idk.... remixes seem to be a popular thing for bands to do...although I think the producers do it from all the tracks that were recorded when they first did the songs
