Absolutely !!
... otherwise if someone else does it, I am forever checking if it's done correctly or I have to start over and do it anyway.
My way is always the right way ... LOL
thanks for the chuckle

Not really, if you are the boss at your job, Don't ask someone that haven't being properly trained to do something that you want done right. Because that's not going to happen. And make sure you hire people that really want to be there and are detail oriented, otherwise you will always have to go over whatever they did.
Good luck with that.

No. You just have to be clear on what your expectations are and how you will evaluate the thing being done. The issue isn't that others can't do it right...its that it takes so much time to ensure that others can get you want you what. So it's just more expedient.

sometimes, if you don't know how. You have to pay professional to do it because you don't know how to do everything even if you want to have something done correctly.

I've had to learn to chill and not think everyone has to do it the way I would. As long as the end result is the same, then it should be ok. So not always.

All the time---sometimes it gets pretty frustrating, but I know in the end it will be done right.
