Is it true that the Catholic Church says you should not use the Ouija board, for fear of crossing over "the line?" What about Protestant churches, and the Jewish beliefs?

The Roman Catholic Church believes that Ouija is a child's toy. It is the far out Fundamentalists and televangelists that have spread the stupidities about Ouija. They are literally in love with fear and their Satan.

Hi,

Yes the Catholic Church frowns very sternly upon the use of a Ouila board.

The Jewish community use what is called Facilitated Communication, similar in some ways to a Ouija board and also requiring the use of at least 2 persons. Jewish praticioners tend to use an Autistic person when communicating, but not always.

All of the religions you've mentioned are against Ouija boards, tarot cards, and foretunetelling of any means. They believe that any insight a person needs will come from God and that all other methods of foretune telling are "demonic."

The Ouija board is the devil's invention, and although I don't follow any Christian religion, I agree with the orthodox faiths. The board is bad news.

Most occultist advise against the use of the board as well.

Think of it as surfing the net without anti-virus. You can pick up all kinds of nasty things that make your life miserable. You never know who you're connecting to.

A girl I used to know who is a Christian now told me that she used one to contact her father who passed away. She asked the "spirit" if you will, questions only her dad would have known and it answered correctly. However, sometime afterward, either that spirit or another identified itself by some name I can't pronounce but she found it disturbing. So, if you don't want to talk to demons don't use them.

I'm a Protestant, I could care less if anyone used it. I don't believe they work, so no harm can come from them.
