... or any other programs that requires me to pay.
I just reinstalled my computer, that's why.

I have plenty of pictures in .bmp or .jpg formats, but is it possible to do it with bitmap? Can someone tell me the steps on how to do it, please?

I can't answer, for sure, without knowing what kind of image editing application you have, but I can try to help.

If you have a software that allows you to select a freehand shaped part of an image, then you can do that, and then "Edit - Copy.

Then, in the image you want to bring that into, you "Edit - Paste," and the selected part will show up in front of the one you brought it into. While that part is still selected, you should be able to move it around, resize it, etc until you are happy with it. Then hit "Enter," and the two images should be combined.

It shouldn't matter which format the images are in.

This should work in most editing softwares, such as Window's paint, Gimp and most others.

That's the way we used to do it before Photoshop introduced "Layers."

as far as i will tell, sorry, there is no such difficulty as no longer applying a picture editor to combine pictures. yet you are able to deploy a loose image editor called GIMP. i've got self assurance it takes under an hour, uncertain. The record length isn't as enormous as Photoshop's so yeah.
