I got a HP Pavilion 512n and it dosent have a fan inside you now where it sucks in the air or out but anyways it dosent have it will it burn up the computer or what will happen i dont want to connect it to the power supply yet can some one help the fan that goes in the back of the computer?

If it didn't come with a fan, it should be fine without one. Even without one, it's not like it will burst into flames as soon as you plug it in.

If it starts locking up to to heat issues, contact the vendor you got it from or HP and get it resolved.

Your current exhaust fan could be the one on the power supply unit. You can add an exhaust fan at the back panel and if it has a 3 pin socket, you can connect it to the 3 pin connector for system or chassis fan on the motherboard. Otherwise you connect it to the 4 pin molex of the power supply.
