They are German Roaches, and I don't know where they're comming from. Since I never see more than one at a time, and I've seen them in the hallway of the complex I don't think I can stop them at the source. I just don't want them in where I live! So little help?

Sprinkle boric acid powder around the baseboard perimeter of your apartment, behind the stove and refrigerator, all corners in kitchen and bathroom cabinets. It will be more effective if you can get your neighbors to do the same. You will have to re-treat when existing eggs hatch.

The only way you would be able to do it without getting help is if they entire building agreed to fumigate on the same day. If you fumigate then you'll be sending the buggies to your neighbors and as soon as the fumes have stopped working they would come right back. You would need for everyone to agree to do this at the exact same time. However, you need to see if there is some legal recourse. The apartment should be taking care of your problem for you.
Good Luck
