99 pontiac grand am gt 1 coupe?

i had a wheel alingment done n front end checked, when im stoped n i start to move slowly the steering wheel will stay turned all the way, it dosnt turn back. maybe the rack?

I'd say definitely the rack. Aligning the front end should not have done anything to this. Still, I'd take it back and ask.

definately a rach n pinion issue, possible they adjusted it at the front end shop, and now its too tight
