Meaning for Clinton, of course. If you meet the former president in a ceremony such as a fundraising dinner, is it proper etiquette to address him as "Mister President-impeached"?

President-Impeached is not an official title. He was impeached, and acquitted, but that doesn't count as part of the title. If you find the need to talk to him, Mr. Clinton, or Mr. President will do, or Bill if you're real good friends with him.

Our former President will come up with something good. Many of the suggestions here will work like First Gentleman. I agree that he'll be out of the White House as much as possible. Maybe Chelsea will step in as the 'hostess' of the White House like Harriet Lane in the Buchanan administration. With Bill off being Bill, there will be a need for a hostess in the White House and she may do a fine job.

Hes still a former president weather he was impeached or not so you would address as a "Mister President." Impeachment is not a title its an action taken upon a president he was still once Mister President.

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that "President War-criminal" isn't either, but that's what I hope to be calling President Bush. Actually, I think I'll call him that now, just to get into the habit.
