As the first two replies say:

it is a reference to the Wizard of Oz where Dorothy is told to ""tap your heels together and repeat the words, 'There's no place like home'." in order to get home.

it implies that you are lacking a real life. As in "get a life" ?

It's from The Wizard of Oz when Dorothy had to click her ruby shoes together and say she wanted to go home to Kansas.
