I like my Vegemite lightly scraped on buttered English muffins or bagels with an occasional slice of cheese. I've never tried it on bran muffins but the combination of salty sweet might actually be good. Good for colds? I doubt it, but it'll help your digestive system!

I like to just add it right to the batter and cook it in. Make sure it stays in little, raisin sized globs!
