Does this mean we aren't supposed to be scared of the boogeyman anymore?

“I want justice...There's an old poster out West, as I recall, that said, 'Wanted: Dead or Alive,'"- G.W. Bush, 9/17/01

Is this the White House's latest 'excuse' for failing to capture Osama?

Or it means they are going to continue to ignore him. A mere two days after telling the nation "No matter how long it takes, America will find you", Bush not only knew bin Laden was in Pakistan but had decided NOT to go after him! Chronology of Bush 'bagging bin Laden':

-- Sept. 17, 2001 - Remarks by the President to Employees at the Pentagon:

"I want justice. There's an old poster out west, as I recall, that said, "Wanted: Dead or Alive."
-- Sept 11, 2006 - President's Address to the Nation:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2006/09/20060911-3.html
"No matter how long it takes, America will find you, and we will bring you to justice."
-- Sept. 13, 2006 - Inside the Oval Office: President Bush gives journalists a "heads up" about the mid-term elections, among other things.

"This thing about . . . let's put 100,000 of our special forces stomping through Pakistan in order to find bin Laden is just simply not the strategy that will work."

Notice how it always comes back around to a sexual term?

Now Bin Laden is impotent. Rendered ineffectual. Neutered perhaps.?

What is it with these repressed Republicans?

But who is really impotent here? The one that got away or the one trying to catch him?

Weren't they warning us recently about how Bin Laden had reconstituted Al Qaeda so that it is once again as dangerous as ever?

Which is it?Are these folks that full of crap they can't remember the last load because the current one is so big?

Do you think the Democrats would be smart enough to continue to finance the war on terror if Bin Ladin was captured?
Of course they wouldn't. They would do what Clinton did and cut the military by 50%, raise taxes and call it a surplus. The so-called surplus will last one year like it did in 1996 , we will get attacked again and be forced to ramp the military up at twice the price. Clinton's 'surplus' has cost us a fortune.
So, the bottom line is that the war on terror depends on Bin Ladin being right where he is, where ever that may be.

Yes, it's their latest excuse. Just imagine how dangerous he'll become if we catch him during the remainder of Bush's presidency. ROFL!

Let ME guess: Bush caught him in the last 6 years. NOT!

Osama is potent in that he reminds real Americans of what a total failure Bush, Cheney and that moron Rumsfeld constituted as our security team.

Stupid. Thanks to these punks, Osama is still able to buy Grecian formula for his beard, while 3000 American citizens lie in their graves.

WAY to go Bush. If anyone needs Viagra, its you chump losers.

Dear, he escaped years of attempts by the Soviet Union, which DID use torture and every other means available, to catch him.

Do you think the United States, with its hands tied by people like you, is going to catch him easily?

How silly is that?
