Do you still care about him? Maybe it's your subconcious either letting go, or letting you know he's still in your thoughts.

Because you haven't really let him go.
You need to mentally and emotionally let him go. You need to do other things that don't involve thinking about your ex. You need to find new friends and do other things, and develop yourself as a person, and individual, and not as one-half of a relationship. You need to see yourself as a worthy person who deserves to be loved for yourself, not as the one who was cheated on. You need to pull yourself out of the "I miss him" mode and put yourself into the "I don't need to cry over him anymore" mode. There's a lot of country music songs that deal with this subject. Check out songs like Mila Mason's "That's Enough of That", "Let Go" by Brother Phelps (I know, they're 90's, but I still like them), and Toby Keith "He Ain't Worth Missing". You need to change your mind about hanging on.
Good luck. I know, it's easier said than done, but by doing other things, you'll find you don't need him anymore to justify your life.

mybe your just thinking of him allot, when you dream your mind processes all the information it got during the day, things you've seen or heard.Just try to dtop thinking of him, by staying busy.
