So many people wouldn't have died. World War II would have never happened so any aftermath would have been erased.

It is almost certain that Israel would not exist. The reason that Israel was created as a Jewish homeland was partly reparation for the inaction of the world during the Holocaust.

If the Holocaust had not happened then it is quite possible that Jews would still be a nomad race, searching the world for a new home.

Countless more books would have been written, artwork created, lives celebrated, scientific discoveries made.

The Holocaust was horrific because of the death of millions of people, but along with those people's death came the loss of the contributions they and their children would have made to the world, and we will never know what the loss of those contributions will entail.
