You can keep just one. The disadvantage to doing so, though, is that any purchases you make come out of any cash balance you have first. So you could find yourself paying for personal purchases out of business cash made from selling. So, if you want business to be separate, have separate PayPal accounts.

Hi, you don't need two account, one for buying and one for selling. One account will work for both. However, if you plan on selling on eBay, you'll have to upgrade your personal account to a business account in order to accept credit card payments. One is no longer allowed to specify "bank or balance transfers only" any more in the auctions.
