I'm torn on this question....where would they be safer? At home outside playing or in a structure? ???? Let me think...... in honor of the dead -- home. Do you believe 9/11 is another attack day? I do , sometimes.

My answer is: yes

They should have school, but I think they should spend more time recogizing not only 9/11, but Dec. 6, Presidents Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day. I'm afraid a lot of kids today don't have a clue why we even have those on the calendar. Use the day to teach, remember and respect. peace

They should have school. If days are given off every time something or someone happens, eventually, there'll be no school. People still go to school since the Pearl Harbor attack happened, and I believe that was worse than 9/11.

I agree and disagree...they have a memorial service at my college so it's not like we're not doing anything for it...so we'll be remembering in our own way and I don't think we need a day off...

ok the main right this is layers. stupid layers that no one does. occasion: shorts over long pants or a baggy long sleaved shirt under a tank suitable or a short sleaved shirt. verify none of your colours tournament, and %. vibrant colours for each thing. in case you pick for to positioned on your hair in a loopy way, positioned on pig tails, with one being heavily larger than the different one.

Well it's just our personal opinion....I really don't care, but it's important that we acknowledge it happened. Actually, I could use that......I start school tomorrow, and then the day after, the 11th, no school, and then no school again on thursday. Yay!

I agree. It does not have to be as a holiday but as a day to remember.

We SHOULD have it off but people would get the wrong idea of it and consider it a holliday when really it was a tragedy.

As tragic, terrible, and horrific as it was, yes, there should be school.
We don't have a 'Pearl Harbor Memorial' Day, or a 'D-Day' Day do we?
