I have reformated with vista and xp and the blue screen of death appears, I did a test for the memory and it says failed, I put in the new memory and it does not recognize it, I need help, i am going crazy.

PC must be unplugged when you handle the memory module. Try reseating the new memory module on the same slot where old module came from.

Power on PC. hit Del or F2. If BIOS menu opens, RAM could be OK. Check if hard drive is properly detected. Load fail safe defaults, save and exit. If same problem persists, hard drive could be failing.
