I hate to rain on your parade, but all electrical equipment including lights is required to be listed and approved by a listing agency such as UL. Using non listed fixtures could void your house or renters insurance if the house were to burn down due to your home made fixtures. So you might wish to reconsider making your own rather than buying them. If you are not in the US you may have different rules of course.

I suggest to buy it instead... As it will be cheaper and easier to handle if you buy it... I believe there are plastic ones that cost about PHP 100 or less.

If you really want to build one try to use a ceramic socket stick it inside a can or a bowl or anything you want then with an ordinary electric wire you can screw it in the socket.

You have the option on putting the switch for this which usually has instruction attached when you buy one. For the stand u can use a clamp from a hanger or just use two wood plank and some ordinary wacher and wing nut to make a vice.

The wiring is trivial. The big problem will be getting the mechanical parts like the swivels and the clamps and shades. After that it is a few minutes of work to fish the wires in and connect one to each of the two screws on the socket.

First I will start with electricity is not for beginners you can get hurt start a fire or worse.
Please find someone that knows what they are doing to help you. You can ask at your local electrical supplier or your local high school electric shop for help. now that that is said here are some ideas below is a couple links one to a lamp that is cheep and if you don't like it as is you can alter it. the other link is to a supply house for lamp parts. Please remember that electric is dangerous and that light bulbs get very hot and will start fires.
Please be safe.

If you like them, just order them. They come to the house through the mail. Spend the money, it's safer and these are approved fixtures. Will yours be? You have children in the house?

People want to do such stupid things. No regard for safety.
