NONE, I would ask the questions BEFORE donating a large sum of money.

Questions to ask include:
What percentage of the money actually goes to (insert use here)?
How much is used for administrative purposes?
How much goes to fund raisers?
If you are considering a truly substantial donation, you have the right to know whatever you want. If they won't tell you, you can always find someone else to give the money to.

Well, you can ask them "I want to know how my money is/was used". Also, charities can tell you how many cents to a dollar they actually spend for administration and how many cents actually go to the recipient of the charity
