i bought a 50 dollar visa gift card, which i was going to buy an r4 with which costed 49.95, when i verified the card and did the number expansion it took out 1.95..... i've waited a week now and they haven't given back the 1.95 like it says.... anyone know a site that i can buy an r4ds for less that 48 bucks and that accepts paypal or visagiftcard. or somehow get the 1.95 back.....

i already knew about the 1.95 expansion fee, but it says i get the 1.95 back after i have verified the credit card thing with the 4 number code, im wondering when it'll credit my account already...

You have to pay a 1.95 charge for the service. That's just life. You either pay it or you don't get the r4ds.
