Actually it's not too far from a good place to ask, should be under general internet as it's known that a penis (involved in sex) is like the internet.
Like the internet a penis can be up or down.
And when it's up it's not very likely that any productive work gets done, but much fun can be had instead.

Is there any?... just kidding, well, being serious, you have to take care yourself in order to not get a disease, or get pregnant, or expecting too far from truth from your partner.
Just one thing, if is only SEX is just that, please don't mix LOVE with SEX, that's the most classic mistake. When love hit you you will know that you are not making "SEX"... you will know the huge difference.
If underage, BE CAREFUL, and don't do nothing just because of the emotions ok?...

You feel guilty about it?
Don't trust your partner?
Otherwise there are only advantages - not only exercise- and stimulus-wise. It is bonding in the most elementary way.
Enjoy it, don't postpone it, find no excuses, but make sure before you're not running yourself into trouble, such as unwanted pregnancy, a family and tradition that does not allow it, abuse.
