Have you thought of googling a world map with longitude/latitude indications and looking at it for a minute?

lat or long? albany new york is parallel of 45 degrees north latitude greenland is at a 68 degree lat and Russia is at a 61 degree lat. I hope this is what your asking and not for the temps!!! LOL

because ex, canada also located at 45. also range in 48 -66
