Take a step back. Find out, however possible, what she might have done to contribute to her loss of friends. I don't mean to be insensitive, but sometimes people can do or say things that drive people away. Sometimes people repel people without intending to. Be sure first that you want to befriend this person.
If you can be mature and decide she's someone who deserves your support, just spend some time with her. Include her in your girlfriends' nights out or any other group gatherings you can.
Just ensure that she's being honest with you first. Then work on including her in the opportunities you have. Good luck, sweetie!

The best thing is to be there for her and let her know that you'll always be there for her and that you're a trrue friend. Otherwise, try to just let her see the positives in her life, even tho for her it might be hard b/c of all the "bad" things going on.
