If I put Head and Shoulders shampoo on my hand, then masturbate, will it cause me any problems. I tried it once and it felt so good. Is this something that could harm me?

As long as you rinse it off VERY WELL, it should be ok to use as a lube. If you find the skin on your penis/scrotum drying out and becoming flaky, stop using the shampoo...and put hand lotion in the area until it clears up. My lady just uses hand soap or body wash....we save water and shower together.

i dont think it is going to cause problems but.... Getting soap/shampoo inside your urethra heurts and burns when you pee for a while use something water based or better yet dont do it all practice self controll

You should use a lube meant for j/o. It doesn't cost much to get the generic brand at the store.
