I Have A question regarding earth science help?

I have 2 actualy
1st: wich type of clothing absorbs the least electromagnetic radiation dark colored w/ rough surface orsmooth surface
white color with rough or smooth surface

2nd: What is the dew point tempature when the dry-bulb tempature is 12*C and the wet-bulb tempature is 4*C?
1)-9c
2)19*c
3) 8*c
4) 4*C

Hmm, well I think white will reflect the most and absorb the least, so the question is between smooth and rough. I would think the smooth surface would absorb the least, because the radiation will be reflected away on the first bounce, but if it's rough there may be multiple bounces on the surface and so multiple chances to be absorbed.

For the second part of the question, you could Google "dewpoint calculator" and find the dewpoint that way, but I think you could also just use the fact that the dewpoint is always less than the wet bulb temperature to figure out the answer.
