its a C and under is like 5 stars. only SOME players have it. im watching the giant game right now. and strahan has it on. but like tony romo doesnt have it. and in the jet game before, pennington had it. what does it mean?

It means they're the captain, but what do the stars mean? In the Colts/Saints game, Manning has one star gold and the rest were white. Anyone know what the stars mean?
