It is SLOW in games because it is just integrated graphics that share memory from system RAM. Good enough though for 2D and video.

Get one of Nvidia's real GPUs, like an 8800 GTX.
well, ok, you play most 2004 and below games at medium settings, no antilasing, and get around 25 FPS at 1024 by 768 resoultion (for example, HL2).

No. It can play old games like Call of Duty 1...you know, games from 2002-2003.

It is not good for any of todays games, but It can play old games, if that is what you're into. So no, it is not.
