On myspace how do you make a "preffered" list?

you can go to search and type in the email or name of the person and when it comes up on the right it will say
* View Profile
* Send Message
* Send Instant Message
* Forward to a Friend
* Add to Blog Preferred List
just click add to blog preferred list

Go to your blog control center. Click on preferred list then click on "find a user to added" when you find the person you want click on the link that says add to preffered list.
