I've been out of the NFL loop for awhile. Just wondering if the negotiations have broken down. If no deal is made does he become draftable or a free agent next year?

he will sign by tomorrow (tuesday) if he dosent sign by midnight before the day of the draft he goes back into the draft next year he cannot be traded in other words if the raiders dont sign him he goes back to the draft, dosent get picked number one, loses millions of dollars and loses all the way around

According to a segment on the NFL Today, it sounds like they're close to an agreement.
