I am trying to find some really good PS2 games. They have to have a great story because my fiancee loves to watch my play but only if they have a good story. We really liked the Prince of persia games, resident evil 4, kingdom hearts and god of war. She also really likes disney and pixar. If you can reccomend anymore please let me know.

If you are looking for games with a great story, you can't go wrong with the Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy 10 is my favorite, and Final Fantasy 12 is worth checking out, too. Also, I enjoyed Dragon Quest 8, the story had some truly humorous moments. All 3 of these games are turn-based RPGs. Also, I noticed you listed God of War, have you played God of War 2 yet? That game is incredible.

Does she play with you? Katamari Damacy and WE <3 KATAMARI are my ultimate favorite PS2 games. Their isn't so much a story line, as movie clips of a stupid story when you complete levels. But, it is a highly recommended awesome game.

i dunno if they are for you but try out the dot hack series. I loved the story behind it and they also come with a little animated dvd too :).
