Has anyone tryed that self install carpet?

I guess there is a carpet that comes with padding on the back and that interlocks and sticks to the floor. Is it any good?

I have installed it in two rental units I own, and I have it in my kids play room.

It looks fine, and for what I paid I am very happy. You can tell the difference between it and the carpet in the rest of my house. But it works great in the play room....

OK for a rent house would not use it in mine
