it was domination, although the jets are not that good of a team and benefited from a soft schedule last year.
moss had a great day, but i think the play of wes welker and sammy morris was even more important. if those two are productive then the offense just might be unstoppable.
remember, donte stallworth only had one catch today and the defensive was without two veteran, super bowl winning players in Seymour and Harrison. This team will only get better.

I think this years team is better than the 3 Super Bowl teams. But with the likes of the Defending Champion Colts and the Chargers, I'm not getting overly excited after just 1 game. But I can't remember seeing an offense in New England as explosive as this. Sure we've had some good teams during the Belichick and Brady era, and even some good teams from before that, although I try to block the pre-Brady years from my memory, but this is awesome. Tom Brady now has Randy Moss, Dante Stallworth, Wes Welker, Jabar Gaffney, Kelley Washington, and Benjamin Watson to throw to. A solid offensive line to protect him and give him good time to find a receiver. A very good, though young and sometimes inconsistent running back in Lawrence Maroney. Plus, good backups in Sammy Morris and Kevin Faulk. The defense also looks tough. Tedy Bruschi, Mike Vrabel, Junior Seau, Ty Warren, Vince Wilfork, Rosevelt Colvin, Asante Samuel, Ellis (N.F.L. record 108 yard kickoff return) Hobbs, and of course, the big new guy, Adalius Thomas. A good kicker in Stephen Gostkowski. And finally, a great coaching staff led by Bill Belichick, and Bob Kraft at the top of it all.
Let's see what happens next week against a great Chargers team (possible A.F.C. Championship game preview), but for now, this is amazing.

Looked good?!?!?!?!
I have never been a Patriots fan.....but, dang fellas.....with that offense, and a defense that will only get better (even with Junior playing fullback).........Kings of the NFL man.
And Moss? I don't know if ressureaction can describe what he just did to his career......If he stays with the Pats playing like this, people will forget the Oakland years, and after about three seasons, he will be on the road to Canton again....
(Unfortunately someone beat me to him in my fantasy draft,....)
And the way Brady was able to look up, pick a direction, and have someone open...... Which D can make that many matchups? None. Only injury or stupidity could derail this season......and even then they might persevere.

NE did a wonderful job and Randy Moss helped the team to
easily beat Jets. Raiders loss coupled with Moss trade,
cripples Raider Nation. I think this year they will loose again.
I am glad Pats won....so did the Colts.

The Pats and the Colts are the two AFC communities. Brady had his danger. He blew it. circulate COLTS
