Here is my plan? I want to get my masters in business and take related fields courses. Then I want to find a business who is fresh only been out a couple years and needs someone educated with business flar to kick start the business and get it moving and become the CEO of that business to start. Then when it goes off and starts making alot of money I didn't have to climb the dreaded business ladder to be a CEO. Anyone done this and it worked or anyone know anyone who it worked with? or just let me know if you think it is a good idea???

You sound as if it'll all go according to plan.
Unfortunately the real world actions have to have you prove yourself first before you can get any position of high responsibility. The only way to become CEO is to start your own business, not hire in to any existing one. The ones out there are already being run byCEO's who aren't going to give up their position especially if it's a fresh one going somewhere.
Get ready to climb the ladder the regular way. You'll need the experience you get from that anyway, to move you to each new step as you go.
