yes cheap cologne or perfume should be outlawed.
I think ladys stetson is the stinkiest crap along side georgio and if you got to put so much on that people can still smell it after your gone makes me think your trying to hide other smells

BRUT. My Grandmother, God rest her soul, sent my husband the entire gift set of BRUT the last year she was alive. Soap, powder, deodorant, lotion, aftershave and cologne. We had of course to display it with his other colognes. It was so embarrassing and it even stunk clear through the cans and bottles. I gave it to my bff's fiancee when they had a gag gift engagement party. Then one night we went over there to play cards and I smelled this funk from across the table.......he loved it and she said he wore it all the time. She couldn't stand it and had thrown it away and he went outside and dug it out of the trash!!!!
