do any of you really think this was an accident?

i looked at her myspace, and the thought crossed my mind that maybe she does love her kids. but how could you not know that a qtip is not clean. i a little bit about this story last night and i couldn't believe it, it took me a while to find it online. brakes your heart doesn't it.

my faith tell me not to judge others, it's between her and our Father above.However it's a sad story and i will keep her in my prayer and i know that baby is in a better place now .

anyone knowns that good hygiene starts with all material clean. We call it UNIVERSAL PRECAUTION. and knowing a child no matter the age we still use germ free etc.... in our homes. Who in there right mind would use a dirty cotton swab to clean a child nose. Unless the mother was rushing to go out the door I think it is no excuse but hey now these days I hear alot about under age children as young as a few month die cause the parent went totally nuts or poor excuse about a child's death concerning the parent . It is very sad to hear about a child that could not defend him /her self die in such a way. parents should be more protected of their children and if they can not protected them give them to someone that can but don't let death but a part of it all.

I say what I think but can not judge anyone god see's it all.

It could be but either way she is responsible for his death because she was not using proper protection for her infant and was probably using drugs before or during the time she was with the baby other wise why would you not use a new swab from the container instead of a swab left out in the open.

Possibly,possibly not. There is no means short of confession of establishing intent to kill. But she is utterly vulnerable to a criminally negligent homicide charge,and although courts normally let women killers off light,they make an exception if drugs are in the picture. I'm sure she'll get ten years,serve seven.

I don't think it was an accident due to all of the babies' preexisting injuries. It just makes me so sad. I know that sweet little baby is in a better place though. Heaven is a much better place for sweet cherubs than the home of an abusive drug addict. Rest in peace, sweet little boy.

It was an "accident", in the sense that it was not intentional.

if she was cleaning out a meth pipe, Lord knows that her mind is not all there and couldn't even think past her need for another hit

It makes me sick to my stomach. I don't think it was an accident. The baby had fractures and a fractured scull. The story reads that it might have been from trying to revive the baby. I'm not buying it. How did it get the fractured scull?

i doubt it was an accident! I think she was prolly high, and forgot the meth was on there. or maybe she wanted to see what the baby would be like high. Either way, that lady is sick for that! She deserves to serve some time in the pin.

I don't know. The broken bones sounds suspicious. And how do not know it is dirty. If I had an 8 month old baby, I would get his Q-Tips out of sterile pack!! Something is fishy!!
