If Bush has such a great vision for Iraq, and we are totally doing the right thing by being over there for so long, why isn't he pushing his daughters to join the military and serve in his GREAT vision?? ????...........I mean he says it's getting so much better and the security is outstanding so now would be the perfect time for the Bush daughters, right????? ....Ha.

If Bush doesn't know what it's like to send a child away to war, then he shouldn't be the one sending these young men away to war...that's how i see it.

EXACTLY Steven C. Oh yeah, Bush can rant and rave about how great this war is until one of his own are over there, see how fast it all changes then. If this man is sending these troops to war, he should know what it feels like to have one of your own over there.

For all you saying why didn't chelsea go to Iraq...LOL, HELLOOO...Her father wasn't a war-obsessed dictator like Bush. Bill Clinton never started a war over what, first it was weapons of mass destruction...then it was fighting terror, now it's what...giving the iraqi's democracy and security?? How many times can you change the reasons for a war...??
Chelsea has absolutely nothing to do with this question. Her father never started a meaningless war. Bush has. The end.

Bush avoided combat in Vietnam even though he supported the Vietnam War. His daughters obviously would not, under any circumstances, volunteer to join the military and possibly be sent to Iraq.
Bush started this unnecessary pre-emptive war but firmly believes that other people’s children should fight in it and be injured and die. It's a great and glorious war for someone else to actually fight.

for the same reason chelsea clinton didnt go to iraq. what we need in iraq is more than liberal pap or grandstanding by nancy pelosi. what we need and what was initially sent pre flip flop hillary clinton and john edwards were soldiers free of liberal extremist interference who can fight the war with al qaeda and win it. the problem is out of control liberal extremists cant seem to get that harry reid declaring unilateral surrender does nothing to strengthen our position in iraq..its cowardice and wears on a army seeking to protect the very rights questions like this endanger.

I see this as an unfair question and it has been asked and answered ad nauseum, by the way.
It is an all-volunteer army and his daughters are adults. They cannot be forced to join the military.
Hillary also voted for this war and Chelsea did not join either.
The Queen's grandson did TRY. I hope you give her some of the credit you wish to extract from our President and his daughters.

That question cant be serious, name one child of a national leader that faught on the front lines... not to mention the fact that we have a volunteer army, saying that his daughters should serve just because he declared war is like saying that Hugh Hefner's daughter should be forced to pose for his magazine!

I have been, I am VOLUNTEERED to serve my country!!!! Freedom of Choice, That's one of the main reasons we have the best Military in the world. IN Most countries males are forced to serve in the military for at least 2 years, when that happens you get a non-motivated lazy military, but since you never your served or raised your right hand and swore an oath to defend your country, your commenting on things you have no clue about!!!! Also with your out far left rationale on the subject, WHY wasn't Chelsea Clinton, in Kosov with us????????? or Somalia with us?????????? That's right when it comes to Bush there is a Liberal and Left wing nut double standard,

Well I would say if your reasons are good enough than so are the Twins' reason whatever they might be. It is a volunteer military and they are just as free not to enlist as you are. Funny how what is good for some is not good enough for any. If they wanted to enlist they are just as free as anyone to do so. If it is alright for you not to be there, then it is alright for anyone to choose not to be there. Give up on your why isn't so and so there, and realize it is the same freedoms that those who are fighting and joining protect that allow you to say you do not wish to join. If those who join did not, then you would not have the freedom to sit home and complain about what others do or do not do. Thank you to those who choose to join and protect our country and freedoms.

Most people thata are afraid to die stay away from the military. It has nothing to do with wealth.
But it doesn't matter; you'll give linaj the Best Answer anyway.
Danielle: Bush sucks!
linaj: Yeah!
Danielle: Good answer, linaj. You get it.

I think Bush would end this war real fast, if either one of his daughters were over there.
But that is how the Republicans are, they will talk tough as long as it is someone else's children being killed.

They do not choose to serve in the u.s. military. This is because we have an all-volunteer force at present. It is working just fine. Have a pleasant evening!
