The usb always worked but one day i plugged in my mp3 player and suddenly this message come out "USB Device Not Recognized. One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it" , i have tried looking up the problem on google and tried some possible solutions but none has worked so far, any suggestions.

Try another USB port.
Reinstall your drivers.

Had that same problem with my camera today. Figure its the device you are plugging in. Try the MP3 player on a different computer and see if its the same thing.

Plug in your Device / mp3. Now restart with it plugged in Microsoft / Windows should resolve the problem at bootup.

It sounds like it got unplugged before it was finished being detected when you last used it. To fix the problem, you need to uninstall it from control panel > add/remove and then reinstall the driver from the mp3 players manufacturers website.
