I was very disappointed. I really thought Djokovic could beat him in the first and second sets.

I think he did his best but ultimately he choked and Fed took control in the key moments. He's young though. He'll be back for SURE.

I felt that the match was a bit anti-climatic, as the last two weeks have had incredibly exciting tennis. This one seemed to be business-as-usual for Roger.

I also wish CBS would just chill and linger in the moment more, rather than rushing to the fill-music and promo for upcoming shows. SOOOO annoyoing after such a great 2-weeks of lead-up to the final. You know?

Have a great night!

I was in fact very disappointed, but this was Nole's first grand slam final. He was nervous knowing this was going to be the biggest match of his life. He had 7 set point opportunities, and he got lazy when he missed all of them, but again, this was his first grand slam final. Djokovic knows that he can learn a lot from this. He proved he can keep up with and scare Federer. Again, as the case with the Federer/Roddick match, it came down to big serves and who could execute the best, and unfortunately, it was Federer. "Nole" needs more big match experience. By next year if he continues to impress and improve his game, i'm sure he'll knock the smile off Federer's face by beating him, and taking one of his prestigious titles. Djokovic deserves to win, and as far as I'm concerned he's the real winner.....not Federer.

This is the first time this kid, Djokovic has got into a grand slam
final. I was expecting him to loose in 4 sets, but he had his
chances and as usual Federer knocked away from him.
But Djokovic had a good run this summer and if he continues
many grand slams are there for him to pick. He is an
amazing guy, who is so good in his play as well as how well
he mimics other players.

I felt so disappointed when Djokovic lost. Couple of weeks ago at Toronto he was able beat Federer, it was on hard court. It was a surprise for me that he actually lost.

I was hoping for more from Djokovic. But I knew, especially after that first set meltdown, that he wasn't gonna be able to beat Federer.

Not me. Federer is on the verge of making history and I want him to beat everyone who is in his path till he wins major # 15. That being said Djokovic, is my 2nd favorite guy on the tour. I do look forward to rooting for him against Nadal from this moment on.

Quite disappointed. While I far from dislike Roger, I would have much preferred to see Roger win by actually "winning. " It was clear that Novak lost the first two sets, rather than Roger winning them. Novak defeated himself. Still, a decent match, and I'd watch out for Novak come January in Australia...He is, in my mind, the true Number Two in the world right now.

It's disappointing that he fell apart in the last set. I didn't expect him to beat Federer.

I am!! I am so dissapointed at him. He had 5 set points in the first set, and 2 more set points in the second set. He can't convert any of them!!!!
