You have a bronze penny, it should have a harp on the obverse and a hen with chicks on the reverse. The legend should be Eireann (Irish Free State) and is listed as KM# 3. 1933 has the lowest mintage of this type (KM# 3) at 1.680,000. In low circulated grades it is worth a $1 or so. In high grades such as mint state $5-$20. I would hold onto it for it is kind of an interesting coin and was only minted in 1928, 31, 33, 35 and 1937. It would sell better in Ireland or even in the UK.
