depends on how old you are if u are still in middle school, then 4' 6" or 7" but if you are an adult then probably 5' anything below that than you r REALLY short.

I'm 5' with my "tall shoes" on. 4' 11" really, I think that's pretty short.

I consider my mom short and she's 5'3" so maybe that and everything shorter.

for a guy i'd say short is like 5'6-5'7 and below and for a girl i'd say 5'3 and below is short.
