I have heaps of trading cards that use to belong to my pop. They are from around 1920 and 1930 i think. lots of different footy clubs like, sydney, essendon, collingwood. As well as cricket cards and others. But i have no idea where to start finding out what they are worth.

You may be able to get a book with prices and grading in it. You could also check what similar items are selling on e-bay for. You could also talk to a reputable dealer, show him a few cards and get his feedback.
