Yeah, last year for my job (AF base Haz Waste manager) I had to respond to a jet fuel spill and there was some footage shot on the scene by a news team. So the next day I go in to work and find out that I could be seen in the background talking to the firefighters, mostly a sideview or a backview (my big fat butt, of course). My boss made jokes about needing a wide-screen tv to see the whole thing if it was a back view (we make these kind of comments to each other in our office; it's mostly guys so you have to have a tough skin)
That was my "15-minutes of fame" I guess. I didn't even know I was on TV so I guess it was okay. I felt a little proud because I was doing my job and a few people I know recognized me and commented on it, so it was cool.

I have. I was on my local news stations tv show, I was doing a thing for my second grade school project, talking about the weather. I acted like a total fool, I talked REALLY fast because I was nervous.

Twice. Once on a local news interview about oil wells in my town and once in New Orleans at the NCAA final four.

I was on local news for a segment of students that graduated 'best of the class' from high school. I felt ridiculous because you could tell it took place the morning after prom - i looked like crap.

On the news.
Had only one line "rooster's have a right to crow!" (It would be too long a tale to give you all the background).

Yes, when I was a kid my friend and I went on the Bozo show, and I was actually the "birthday kid" and was very nervous. I bit my nails the whole time!
