The more she nurses the more your body produces. Don't worry about it at all - its a natural system of supply and demand.

Drink lots of water and pump about an hour after each feeding. Your breast milk is based on supply and demand. The more you pump the more milk you will have. It doesn't happen right away so give it about a week. Don't give up. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

your body will produce more than enough milk for the baby aslong as you follow these simple things and are healthy
-switch brest being fed off every feeding as to avoid Irritation to you of running out (when using the other breast the other one will almost like refill)
- do not breast feed more than 30 min straight (even if your switching)
those are the simple things for more advanced instuctions ask the docter there either tell you about it or send in a docter that does (sometimes one person in the hospital Specializes in breast feeding) oh and NO BEER OR ALCOHOL
oh and watch the baby if he/she does not seem to be Swallowing then you may not be able to breastfeed then contact your local docter for help
hope this helps and congrads on the new baby

You can drink more fluids. However, most of the supply that is created is based on demand. If your child is gaining weight as she should then she is getting enough. Just eat healthy, drinkin plenty of fluids and let you baby nurse as long as she wants. You should make enough to keep her happy and healthy.

pumping between feedings is known to increase supply, but if you don't have time for that there are natural herbal suppliments that you can use. Talk to a lactation consultant for a list, or go to a health food store.

If you are of age and not a tea totaler, drink a beer once a day.
No, I am not advocating becoming a lush. However, I kid thee not, this advice was given to my wife from her OBGYN and it seemed to work for her.
