Go through your day and count how many times you use math. Its not going to be complex math, but we use basic math in our lives everyday and we don't even realize it.

Counting is maths and counting is needed in day to day life like when you pay your bills. suppose you want to calculate your plans for phone bills or electricity bills, pansion plan or medical plans, salaries or tip given to you. what if you want to count how old the person's age is. oh! these examples may sound wearied to you,so use your brains to think of better ones.

Deciding totals of purchases, programming on a computer (requires tons of math, speciaifcaly geomoetry) engineering (duh) you need to be able to use a wide range of mathmatical equations. A teacher, an accountant, need to be able to add and average, and a soccer mom, need to be able to find out how much groccerys cost =)

cooking
figuring out the time it takes to get from one place to another.
