Q: Why did you leave your last job?
A: Boss's spouse hit on me.

I like it when they ask in your opinion what is a good working environment?
I tell them where your co workers are easy going and no one is stressed out and they treat each other with respect. I also tell them that the employees should be treated fairly and treated with respect. I also thing the manager should be easy to talk to if there is a problem.

Don't ya just hate some of them.
I like the one, "so, what do you think is your best and worst trait?" my response is "I am trustworthy and I hate to be late".
