Depends on what you mean but strange and unusual. My friend recently had a little boy and told me that she had given him a very unusual name. She named him Jaden which is not very unusual, it's actually one of the top names in the US. If you're like me and like names that are out there but not too out there then maybe you'll like some of my favorites:
Boys:
Damien
Mason
Wyatt
Bryce
Levi
Hunter
Brett
Cash
Jameson
Nevan
Cyan
Broghan
Breckin
Graham
August
Avalon
Girls:
Elodie
Tatum
Odette
Samaire
Nolly
Rhianne
Willa
Cambria
Arabella
Althea
Allegra
Portia
Ryla
Nessa
Bria
Aurelia
Poppy
Noreen
Niamh
Breckin
Avalon
If by strange and unusual you meant wierd, barely used, odd names then perhaps one of these will catch your eye.
Boy:
Chakotay
Cable
Chogan
Zeshawn
Kentavious
Tavorian
Girl:
Azabeth
Meliffany
Shazzwa
Yalitza
Suewinda
Kendaleigha
And no, I did not make up any of those.

Oongashaka,
OK seriously?
Lacy is old but new, and recognizable, and the only one I like that I can think of.
Orpah, the name Oprah would have had from the Bible except the hospital messed it up.
