Need help finding a character I think is from the late 70's or 80's satuday cartoons.?

There is a german shepard caracter in a suit, like a full sized puppet. I thought it was a Fraggle rock caracter, maybe Hanna Bannanna. What is his name, and what program?

They sometimes dressed up the dogs in "The Clue Club." Also, it could have been something from the "Wacky World of Sports", from Hanna-Barbara. There was also Jabber Jaw!

The was a cartoon (I don't know the name) that had a dog that was a detective!
