Let's assume she is also a piano fortissimo and can make a great raclette plus blow an alp horn.

she saves her money, she never spends more money than she earns, she can blow the alphorn ( so she can blow every horn ), she is never late at work or at dates, she is not so loud when she is talking, she can speak a bit english and french, during the week she goes to work and comes back home, only at the weekends she is having parties.

The alp horn thing, very impressive, and quite necessary, I'd say Tyler.
Endurance would be important I should think. Lots of things to climb in the area.
Quite mountainous from what I understand.
