I have been tested for all types of STD's and everything else but I don't understand why it happens.

You are dry, from friction need lubricant-this happens' when too tired or rough sex that has not got your juices flowing from being sufficiently aroused first- a man's job, causing swelling.
Also, foams or the lubrication of condom has nonoxinol nine in it, and you are having a reaction to it- it irritates' the vaginal lining, also making you more susceptible to Aids as it causes' a breakdown of skin. It may be an allergic reaction, also. If the man has a lot of impurities in his system, you will feel almost allergic to his semen. I got that, from my husband- and also as he would not take the medicine to kill the std he'd given me, and kept giving it back to me- besides being a terrible lover, so I frequently got a urinary infection from him (stress and tiredness and too much sugar causes them, and/ or the first sign of Aids in women is repeated vaginal and urinary infections) pounding the wrong direction in my vagina, which squeezed off my urethra, setting up infection. He was uncircumcised, and probably had smegla under his foreskin- It was not too fun.
I got trichomonas, a bug that chew's up your cervix so that it resembles' raw meat and smells' like fish.I divorced the orgy- doing transvestite- bisexual abusive unfaithful bastard.

It could be you have a very mild yeast infection (which may not be detected in exams). This would cause enough internal irritation during intercourse so the semen may burn a little.

probably because the guy is somewhat dehydrated so his ejaculant is somewhat more acidic than would be normal, so it burns when it hits the alkaline tissues of your vagina.

could be just a difference in acidity/alkalynity.
hopefully you are sticking to only ONE partner.
