when I was in high school I answered a question on a radio quiz and won a cigarette lighter. I didn't smoke. So I bought a pack and the first one made me so very dizzy and feeling sick. Threw away the rest. My mother smelled the smoke, she took the lighter from me. She said "you can start smoking when you can afford it on your own dime". I never could afford cigarettes so I never really started.

Cigarettes are so costly, and I don't understand the thing about blowing smoke into the air, and for what, you get nothing from it (except feeling unstable), and I'm sure a person who smokes could afford something nice in their life or at least a nice deposit toward something they could really enjoy.

But the point was, I could never afford the cigarettes.

For nutrition, take vitamins and eat well with what you've saved. "gastly" doesn't express what side effects you're experiencing. Are you experiencing withdrawal from the friends you made who smoked? Are you and your house all your clothes and your toothbrush still yellow? Are people starting to stand closer to you because the stink is gone and you can't handle that? Are you still checking out holes in your carpet and car seat wondering just where those holes came from? Are you still using fabreeze? Are those the gastly side effects? oic from your profile you've had a mariad of health problems and allergies, well gee, I wonder why. Are there others still in your family using cigarettes? I remember Tully Sivalis on one of the detective type tv programs changed to lollipops. It's called changing from one addiction to another. Find out why y'all are addicted.

Drink lots of water and avoid caffeine which can be a trigger for smoking (although anyone who expects a smoker to give up cigs and coffee at the same time is crazy!). Also, exercise.
