If your parents are short, then there really is nothing you can do. You could go to your doctor, although I suspect he will not prescribe any medications especially since your parents are short also.
Be proud of who you are. You will never truly be happy unless you are comfortable with who you are. That is, becomming taller is not going to make you happy.

My daughter is short, too. She's 5'1 and 19 years old. It has bothered her as well. Since you are twenty, you have reached your full height and are done with growth spirts. However, it still is possible to achieve a taller height. But the only way that can happen is if you see a Doctor. I suggest seeing an endocrinologist. It might be possible to give you a growth hormone. I don't know whether a Doctor will do it just because you want to be taller, they may only do it if you actually have a hormone problem that needs fixing. But it's worth a try. So, see a Doctor and ask about human growth hormone treatments. Good luck.

Hon, on the day I was born I was 12 inches and 4 pounds 1 ounce and did not hit my full height until I was 20 years old, so I believe you are doomed to be short the rest of your life. HGH won't even help you now! Sorry, but the reality is that once you reach 20 years old you are fully grown. The only thing that might help is a lay on the rack and a good old jolly torturer! ;>)

There is nothing in this world that will make you taller than you are. Don't fall for any gimmicks that say it will help unless you want to throw your money away. Get used to being short. It really isn't all that bad except when you want to get something out of the top shelf in the closet. But that's why they make foot stools and step ladders.

There is nothing you can take to make you taller, especially since you are 20. If you were to take growth hormone, you wouldn't get any taller. You have stopped growing, in height anyway.
I am a physician.

You could wear height increasing shoes. Alternatively you could have your legs surgically broken and than set so there is a small gap inbetween that would slowly heal in with new bone. Once the new bone is set you could have the procedure repeated. Otherwise, nope
